By using this website, requesting a stay, or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below. Sebवन is a small, early-stage orchard and stay in Mori, Uttarakhand, and these terms are written plainly to match that.
Where things currently stand
No cottages are built yet. Booking requests submitted through this site are reviewed individually and confirmed by email, they are not instant, automatic reservations. Product stock on the shop is genuinely at zero until the first batch is ready; nothing is sold that doesn't exist.
Bookings
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a stay. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and dates directly with you by email or WhatsApp before anything is finalized.
Orders & payments
Payments for shop orders are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice, though any order already placed will honour the price shown at checkout. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations are handled.

The photos, text, and branding on this site belong to Sebवन unless otherwise noted. Please don't reproduce them elsewhere without asking first.
No guarantees on availability
This is a working orchard, still young, still being built. Timelines mentioned on this site (for cottages, products, or experiences) are honest estimates, not commitments, and may shift as the land and construction actually progress.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttarakhand having jurisdiction over any disputes.
